The Bolshevik business and cultural centre is located on Leningradsky Prospekt, a short walk from Belorusskaya Square, and is a landmark renovation of one of Moscow’s most outstanding industrial monuments (the former Bolshevik confectionery factory, built in the early 1900s).
The Bolshevik complex comprises several office buildings, as well as residential apartments and the Museum of Russian Impressionism. The landscaped grounds are open to the general public.
A special feature of the complex is its glass atrium, which connects the two main buildings. The temperature inside the atrium is kept at 22 degrees centigrade all year round, so that guests and residents can relax at the tables of cafés and restaurants in any weather.
Climate control and comfort at Bolshevik is ensured by an independent heat-generating system.
Key tenants of the business centre are Publicis Group, Moёt Hennessy, AT Kearney and Parallels.
The complex is certified under the BREEAM international standard for environmental performance of buildings (Part 1, “Very Good”; Part 2, “Excellent”).
