The Bolshevik business and cultural centre has renovated a 19th century industrial masterpiece, the Bolshevik Confectionery Factory, preserving all main elements of the original structure.
Located on Leningradsky Prospect, the centre delivers office space to the best international standards in one of the most dynamic districts of the Russian capital, benefiting from high-quality retail and business infrastructure.
Careful restoration of the glorious brick façade, the factory chimney and interior elements is counterpoised by a spacious, ultra-modern glass atrium, symbolising the encounter of two epochs. The Museum of Russian Impressionism, which occupies a separate building, justifies Bolshevik’s right to be called a centre for both business and culture.
A part of the historic interior spaces at Bolshevik are to be remodelled as residential apartments.
