The Bolshevik cultural and business complex is located on the 1st line of Leningradsky Prospekt in the immediate vicinity of Belorusskaya Square, and is comprises a renovated former confectionery factory.
The Bolshevik premises are home to several office buildings, a residential apartment complex, and the Museum of Russian Impressionism. The complex grounds are landscaped, redesigned and open for use by the city residents.
The special feature of the complex is a glass atrium that connects its two buildings. Inside, the temperature is approximately 22C∞ all year round, which allows visitors to spend time at the atrium cafes and restaurants in any weather.
