O1 Standard wins the Management Company of the Year: Property Management nomination as part of CRE Moscow Awards 2023.
On April 20, the 20th anniversary prestigious professional award in the branch of commercial real estate Commercial Real Estate Awards 2023 (CRE Awards) was held in Moscow.
For the third year in succession, O1 Standard won the Property Management Company of the Year award.
Up to date, the company’s portfolio consists of 29 property items with a total area of 1,417,000 m2, including 24 class A office buildings, 2 class B+ office buildings, 1 class B+ retail property item and 2 items of social value.
At the end of 2022 – beginning of 2023, the company’s portfolio grew by 23.5% and was replenished with such items as Vodny Business Center and Izmailovsky Shopping Center.O1 Standard pays special attention to the implementation of environmental performance standards in business centers, in particular, develops its own expertise in assessing and conducting certification according to BREEAM / LEED / fitwel standards, is one of the reviewers of the new CLEVER national green certification standard, and also continues to carry out activities to engage tenants in environmental initiatives funded by green club Green One.
