Today marks four years since our company entered the real estate operation and management market.
We live and work in an era of new opportunities: over the past year, our team has been strengthened by talented professionals from the industry, and our company’s portfolio has grown by more than 220,000 sq. m, reaching 1.4 million sq. m.
Thanks to the efforts of each one of you, for the third year in a row we won the Property Management nomination as part of the prestigious CRE AWARDS commercial real estate award.
This year, for the first time, we have become a partner of the Arendator Awards and participated in the development of a fair evaluation system for contestants in the Green Tenant nomination.
Last year, along with other market players and experts, we developed and implemented the national standard CLEVER, where O1 Standard acted as its reviewer. In 2023, our company received accreditation as an appraiser according to the CLEVER New Construction standard. This new status allows us to render certification services to our clients, despite with the withdrawal of international operators.
