O1 Standard has been announced to be the winner of the tender held by Hals Development Group for services related to operation, technical support, maintenance and infrastructure management of the Iskra-Park Business Center.
The O1 Standard team has been rendering services at the Iskra Park Business Center since January 1, 2022, and will continue their comprehensive building operation work from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
The Iskra-Park Business Center is situated on Leningradsky Prospekt in one of the most sought-after business districts of Moscow, within walking distance from the Dinamo and Petrovsky Park metro stations. Key tenants of the business center include Hals Development, Group, Rostelecom Data Processing Centers, structures of VTB Bank, Sovcombank, etc. The business center has a well-developed infrastructure, including cafes, restaurants, a dental clinic and a fitness club.
