O1 Standard has added a new site to its list of Moscow business centres under management. From the start of July the company is in charge of the Legenda business centre, which is part of the Legend of Tsvetnoy multifunctional complex. The addition means that O1 Standard now has a total of 19 sites under management.
The Legenda business centre occupies 7 floors in the stylobate section of the Legend of Tsvetnoy complex, which is located at the intersection of Tsvetnoy and Rozhdestvensky boulevards in central Moscow. The centre has excellent on-site amenities, including a number of cafés and restaurants, as well as banks, shops, a beauty salon and a fitness club.
Key tenants at the business centre are international companies including Group M, Philip Morris, Morgan Lewis, MasterCard and Badoo.
O1 Standard intends to prioritize environmental issues in order to ensure healthy and comfortable working conditions for the employees of tenant companies at Legenda. The centre already has displacement ventilation and air recovery, technologies to reduce water and energy consumption, and separate waste collection. Regular preventive audits and disinfection of building engineering systems are carried out.
O1 Standard plans to certify Legenda under the BREEAM international environmental performance standard as early as this year.
