On September 27, 2022, a debate on commercial real estate was held in Moscow, organized by the Сommercial Real Estate Awards (CRE) business publication.

The O1 Standard team led by COO Dmitry Sveshnikov participated in this event, which resembled a political debate in format. The speakers defended their position on the most pressing topics of the commercial real estate market, answered the moderator’s questions, as well as from the audience and from other speakers. At the end of each round of debates, an online vote was held, in which the audience determined the winner.
