November 1, 2019. O1 Standard management company has further expanded its portfolio of facilities under management . Starting November 1, 2019, the company is responsible for the Ducat Place III, White Stone, and Aurora business centres. Earlier in October the company signed the contract with Central Telegraph. As result the total floor space of buildings under management of O1 Standard increased to more than 583,000 square metres. O1 Standard is now managing eleven business centres, seven of which have BREEAM certificates of environmental performance.

O1 Standard started providing property & facility management services earlier this year. The company’s portfolio now includes the following business centres: White Square, iCUBE, Krugozor, Stanislavsky Factory, Gamma, Lefort, Vivaldi Plaza, Aurora, Ducat Place III, White Stone and Central Telegraph.

O1 Standard applies property & facility management services to standards that were designed and implemented for the office property portfolio of O1 Properties in 2014. The Company pays particular attention to environmental performance of facilities and supports certification of business centres and facility management systems to BREEAM standards.
